| Where |
Ironton Rail Trail located on Chestnut Street in Whitehall. The start and finish lines, as well as all race festivities, will be located at the Trail Head Pavilion. |
| Pre-Registration | ends September 4! Cost- $20 All mailed registrations must be post marked by Sept 4th. Any e-mailed submissions must be sent by 11:55pm Sept 4. |
| Race Day Registration |
September 5-18th! To register the day of the race please plan to arrive at the Trail Head no later than 8am. Cost- $25 It would be appreciated if participants registering the day of the 5K would print and and have the registration form filled out and ready to go at the registration table. |
| Team Registration | We have added a team competition this year! If you would like to participate as a team the team member that is interested in being the Team Captain can view the forms below and must contact Cassie Kemmerer. Team Captain Informational Letter Team Captain Registration Form Team prizes will include: Largest Team, Most Spirited Team and Top Fundraising Team. |
| Tree of Life |
Once again we will be doing the tree of life. Please complete the Tree of Life Order Form if you are interested in participating. |
| Pre-Packet Pick Up |
Participants can pick up race packets at Camelot House prior to the event at the following times: **Participants are awarded an extra raffle ticket for picking up bags during one of these times! |
| Parking |
Please try to car pool with friends or family! Volunteers and signs will direct you to available lots and street parking. Additional parking will be available at the following locations: |
| Volunteers |
Volunteers will be needed to do a variety of tasks the day of the race. If you are interested in volunteering please contact Cassie Kemmerer. On race day, volunteers should report to Holly Emig at the volunteer check-in tent. |
